Palestinian Telecommunication Company – Paltel represented by its CEO Mr. Mohannad Al Hejjawi, and Hulul Business Solutions represented by its CEO Mr. Mustafa Hasan signed an agreement with Intergraph Middle East LLC (IMEL) represented by its Director, Mr. Bob Mikiloud, to implement Geographic Information System – GIS on Paltel network in both West bank and Gaza.

This Agreement will qualify Hulul under the supervision of Intergraph to implement and deliver all the applications of the GIS solution on Paltel Group’s Network.  Hulul will work on the supply and operation of the software for this system, and the transfer and the computerization of all data on the communications network in addition to link it to the geographic location of the maps provided by the Palestinian Telecommunications Company - Paltel for this purpose.

This system will raise the level of service provided by the group companies, by increasing the efficiency of the administration and management of networks in all geographic regions in addition to activating and increasing the efficiency of future planning for areas of coverage in proportion to the population density of current and future of these areas.
